How to Make a Payment Using Zelle

 

  • Access Zelle in your bank’s online app or website.  Virtually all major U.S. banks have this built-in capability, but if your bank doesn’t then either download the Zelle app directly or pay with an alternate method such as credit card on the Del Cerro HOA website or a physical check payable to the HOA.  If you have not yet used Zelle on your bank’s app you will first need to enroll within the app.

 

  • Enter the payment recipient as DelCerro_HOA@hotmail.com  This email address is the HOA’s identity in the Zelle system.  If you have never sent money to the HOA using Zelle, the first time through you may have to add DelCerro_HOA@hotmail.com to your list of recipients which will then be saved for future use.  Note that the HOA does not have a mobile phone number to designate a payment recipient instead of the email address.

 

  • Enter the amount to send and submit the transfer.  Depending on how you set up your Zelle preferences, you may receive an email or text confirmation of the transaction.
